I am a practitioner of the martial arts. I needed something that could withstand punches and kicks. Something, that could survive the test of time. This heavy bag isn't that something....the bag ripped after less than one week! I contacted the seller, and they helped only to send the bag back; to say nothing about refunding me. I have had to take my argument up with (oh boy) the manufacturer. I am currently without a bag and the funds I paid for it!
