The bag is fine, but the chords and ceiling and floor connections are cheap.If your ceiling isn't just the right height, you have to knot the ropes to get the bag to your desired height.With the Everlast name and price, I was hoping to at least get adjustable chords that would allow you to quickly change the height of the bag to vary the workout.
