It all started off well enough despite the lack of specific directions. We figured out how to fill the bottom chamber with water in the bathtub before pumping the upper chamber with the included pump. Kids were not impressed with the pump but it did the job. The kids enjoyed several days of punching away without interruption. It was actually going smooth until the dog decided to join in the fun. If a patch kit came with the unit, we never found it. Had to go to the store to purchase one from the camping section.
Not bad for a "cheap" punching bag. Would not recommend for serious sports training but this was for a child to get some frustration out and it worked. It took many weeks to arrive - the shipper did not send out within the normal time frame and they never responded to my inquiry so not sure what went wrong there - never had trouble like that from any Amazon.com vendor before.
