This is a wonderful, durable toy that can take years of pounding.We bought it as a stress relief for our boys, and some side-kick moves can help develop strengthening, muscle-lengthening to help short hamstrings (one of our boys has this).The height is adjustable for various moves.I wish they used it more!2008:My kids won't use it at all.I think it's great.They haven't used it for anything but climbing on.
