Balazs H2S Ceiling Mount for Punching Bags Review

I've got a 100 pound heavy bag hanging from this mount.I can beat the hell out of it with my kid sleeping in the bedroom above the garage (where I have the bag mounted) and the sound is barely noticeable from his room.The spring in the mount definitely stops the shock from transferring into your walls and ceilings.
